Know Which Balance You Are Viewing
EI777 might display separate balances for purchased credits, rewards, or event-specific totals. Bring up the balance item instead of assuming each number can be used in the same place.
Find out if a balance expires or follows a usage priority. If two totals are listed, the application might select one automatically when an entry is confirmed.
- Check any expiration date.
- Review usage priority.
- Note restricted categories.
- Go through the balance label.
Check Activity log After the Purchase
Wait for the outcome page, then match the new balance with the transaction activity log. A pending line means the application has recorded the request but has not finalized it.
Steer clear of tapping the purchase button again while the first log is pending. Hold on to the reference and allow the listed update window.
- Recognize a pending state.
- Do not submit a duplicate.
- Note down the confirmation.
- Match balance and activity log.
Review the Entry Prior to Confirming
Bring up the entry item and check name, quantity, price, account, and any recurring behavior. A small page can make two similar choices look identical.
Do not rush through a confirmation since a timer or animation is running. Return to the previous page if the final amount isn't clear.
- Pause if the total updates.
- Verify the precise entry.
- Check quantity and final price.
- Watch for recurring terms.
Document Missing or Incorrect Credits
First refresh the profile page and verify the transaction belongs to the same profile. Then match the entry, price, reference, and final state.
If the numbers still disagree, send EI777 help desk the masked account reference, time, activity log line, and expected balance. Never contain a passphrase or single-use code.
- Review the logged-in profile.
- Work from the transaction reference.
- Display the prior to-and-after balance.
- Keep secret credentials out.
